Position Summary
We are looking for the ideal candidate for the position of Packaging Room Lead at PNP. As a Packaging Room Lead, you will be an integral part of our production team, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while playing a crucial role in the creation and delivery of high-quality products.

  • Morning shift (AM) - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities - Packaging Room Lead
Primary
  • Oversee Packaging Line personnel during the Production shift.
  • Train new employees in set-up and operation of packaging equipment.
  • Set up and Operate Packaging Equipment in accordance with appropriate SOPs.
  • Ensure all pertaining documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Oversee the cleaning of equipment and room following appropriate SOP.
Additional
  • Report equipment malfunctions.
  • Other related duties as specified by supervisor.
  • Immediately report product quality deficiencies to supervisor.
  • Offer suggestions for process improvement when identified.
Qualifications
Knowledge
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
Asset
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • 1 year of Production experience and leading packaging operations.
Skills
  • Proficient in the basics of mathematics (adding and subtracting).
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Able to use tools proficiently.
  • Strong Leadership.
Asset
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment operation.
Abilities
  • Lift a minimum of 25kg.
Health
  • Must be in good health with no communicable disease or dust allergies.
  • Must wear approved non-slip safety shoes.
  • Follow health & safety regulations.
  • Must be able to wear respiratory mask, when needed.
