Hunter Amenities International Ltd. in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking a Production Manager to lead a multi-shift manufacturing operation.

You will oversee Production Supervisors, drive safe, efficient, high-quality output, and align production with customer requirements and business goals. The role demands 7+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of GMPs, WHMIS, and quality systems.

Formación

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams or supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, Health & Safety regulations, WHMIS, and quality systems.
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team building, and employee development skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management to Production Supervisors and production teams across all shifts.
• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all production activities to meet objectives and customer requirements.
• Develops and executes production plans optimizing labour, equipment, materials, and resources.
• Ensures compliance with GMPs, SOPs, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Drives safety culture and ensures incidents are investigated with corrective actions.
• Monitors production metrics (productivity, quality, downtime, labour).
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence and cost control.
• Collaborates with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Planning and HR for seamless operations.
• Reviews production reports, identifies trends and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
• Supports capacity planning and resource allocation.
