Job summary

Scotian Gold Co-Operative Limited is seeking a packaging operator for our fruit and vegetable processing facility in Nova Scotia. The role involves operating and adjusting packaging machines, recording production data, and ensuring product quality against company standards.

You will work in a fast-paced plant environment with standing shifts and a 45-hour work week, requiring good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Steel-toed boots are mandatory on site.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation is required.
• Experience not specified beyond 7 months to <1 year.
• Basic ability to operate and monitor packaging equipment is needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to process and package food products.
