Job summary

Propelis is seeking an On-Site Artwork Project Manager to oversee packaging artwork from concept through delivery for a snack brand. This fully remote role requires coordinating with SGX Graphics production teams and clients, managing timelines, budgets, and prepress activities.

You’ll translate client needs, lead meetings, and ensure tight schedules are met while maintaining brand standards and color accuracy across multiple campaigns in North America.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Adobe CS proficiency; certification a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of artwork management systems.
• Experience in packaging/artwork project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end workflow of packaging artwork from a detailed perspective.
• Collaborate with team leaders to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage high-volume project timelines and related task planning.
• Oversee and communicate key timelines and priorities.
• Act as a liaison between management, internal departments, and clients to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices in project management and communication.
• Ability to lead pre-production calls with production managers.
