Inspect production to ensure all work orders are available at exit end.
Visually inspect the packaging strip for defects.
Notify the Line Operator and Foreman about defects encountered.

Responsibilities
Review the Daily Production Schedule and work orders at the start of shift to ensure that all packaging materials are available.
Review production schedule to ensure that all work orders are available at the exit end work station.
Review all work orders to ensure all packaging instructions and special instructions are being followed.
Visually inspect the strip during the first 100 feet, the middle 100 feet and the last 100 feet for any defects and record on Exit Operator's report.
Notify the Line Operator and Foreman when defects are encountered. Record all defects on Exit Operator's Report.
Stay up to date on all 24/7 training modules.
Analyze every job and reduce the hazards as much as possible before starting.
Education and Certificates
