Your role and responsibilities

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

1. GOC Protect B Reliability Clearance
2. Payroll Processing knowledge
3. Capable of following approved Quality Assurance processes
4. Experience in executing PeopleSoft complex processing requirements, such as PS jobs, custom jobs, and application engines
5. Ability to support 24/7 shifts and on-call shifts
6. Quick learner and adaptable to change
7. National Payroll Institute certification

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong leadership skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
• Exposure to and understanding of consulting services
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Residence or willingness to relocate to Bedford, Nova Scotia, or Calgary, Alberta

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Payroll processing experience - mandatory
• PeopleSoft experience - preferred
