Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is hiring for a dynamic warehouse role in Canada. You will unload trailers, verify freight against manifests, and organize items for the sort lines using manual and powered equipment.

The job involves lifting up to 23 kg, standing long shifts, and collaborating with the team to maintain accuracy and safety. A flexible schedule is offered with a minimum three days per week, plus a supportive work environment where teamwork matters and everyone helps keep operations moving

• Comfort with fast-paced warehouse environments and shift-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Unload freight into conveyors and organize by sort plan.
• Operate jacks and conveyors as required and stage sorted freight.
• Sort, scan, and place parcels for delivery or Linehaul teams.
• Complete cleanup, housekeeping, and safety inspections; follow safety rules.

We’re ready for you!Core Duties:Unload trailers and verify freight against manifestsUnload freight manually into manual and powered conveyorsUse power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan.Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layoutComplete related tasks assigned by supervisors.Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
