Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly operates more than 100 sorting stations and leads Canada’s last-mile logistics. This role involves unloading trailers, sorting parcels, scanning with handheld devices, and staging freight for delivery or Linehaul teams. Expect a fast-paced warehouse environment with shift-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.
• Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Stage sorted freight and assist with load-out per station layout.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.

We’re ready for you!Core Duties:Unload trailers and verify freight against manifestsUnload freight manually into manual and powered conveyorsUse power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan.Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layoutComplete related tasks assigned by supervisors.Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
