Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly operates a fast-paced warehouse network across three continents and seeks a team-oriented sorter. You will unload trailers, sort and scan parcels, and stage freight for delivery or Linehaul, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Training is provided; lifting requirements apply, with a flexible schedule and a supportive team culture. This role is ideal for hands-on workers who like to stay active and contribute to fast, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb) and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Comfort with standing, bending, and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Unload freight into conveyors and sort per plan.
• Sort, scan, and prepare orders for delivery or Linehaul.
• Operate handheld devices to sort, scan, and label parcels.
• Stage sorted freight in designated areas per station layout.
• Build, wrap, and transport pallets as needed.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping and safety checks.

We’re ready for you!Salary Range.Core Duties:Unload trailers and verify freight against manifestsUnload freight manually into manual and powered conveyorsUse power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan.Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layoutComplete related tasks assigned by supervisors.Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
