Education

Job description

To load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility. To transport freight within and between facilities.

Trains other Package Handlers (PHs) on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques to ensure efficient and safe movement of packages through the operation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Preferred)
  • Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.
  • FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (Preferred)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • Valid G license and a good driving record

Shift: 3:00PM-7:00PM (Subject to Change)
