Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a part-time Package Handler to load, unload, scan, and sort freight in the facility and to transport freight within and between sites. You will also guide and train fellow handlers on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning procedures to ensure safe, efficient package movement.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), around 6 months of experience as a Package Handler, knowledge of FedEx Canada operations with Canadian customs, good

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Package Handler.
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Must possess a valid G license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, scan, and sort freight within the facility.
• Transport freight within and between facilities and train other Package Handlers on techniques to ensure safe movement of packages.
