Job summary

FedEx Group in Surrey, BC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to load and unload freight, scan items, and sort shipments within the facility.

The role requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to lift heavy packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment; training will be provided, and bilingualism may be a plus depending on location.

You will work mornings with shifts starting as early as 4:00am–5:00am and may include five days per week to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations - (Preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must complete all basic and recurrency training

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Must successfully complete all basic and recurrence training
