Job summary

UPS in Mount Hope, Ontario, is hiring for a part-time warehouse associate. Responsibilities include loading and unloading packages, receiving, sorting, and stocking in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts start early morning minutes, Monday through Friday, with potential longer hours during peak seasons. Starting wage is CAD 18.15 per hour with progression to CAD 30.11 after seniority, plus health benefits after a year and tuition support.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary-on the job training provided!
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to lift up to 70lbs.
• Must be available 5 days a week Monday to Friday
• Part time AM Sunrise Shift:
• Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
• Monday shift: 02:00 am-07:30 am approximately
• Tuesday-Friday Shift: 04:30am and finishes between 07:45am and 9:30am, depending on the volume.
• The length of your shift will depend on daily volume. You can expect longer shifts during peak holiday season year after year.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages in a warehouse setting.
• Follow the final destination city/postal code for loading into UPS trucks.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages. All work is performed in a warehouse setting. this is a general labor type job that requires unloading packages out of air containers and then loading the packages into the UPS trucks based on the final destination city/postal code.
