Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Lachine, Quebec is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and process packages in a fast-paced environment. You may operate heavy equipment and must be able to read postal codes and handle packages safely during a Monday–Friday evening shift.

Starting pay is CAD 18.50 per hour with a max of CAD 31.31 per hour, plus progression; overtime after 5 hours, ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Flexible hours across the week.

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. The employee may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

DESCRIPTION

• Starting hourly rate: $ 18.50/h
• Maximum rate: $ 31.31/h (probation + 48 month progression)
• Approximately 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Overtime after 5 hours of work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
