Job summary

Leadingtalent is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to support and implement Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US Payroll, along with consultative skills and the ability to integrate Oracle Cloud solutions into client environments.

Responsibilities include analyzing client business requirements and collaborating with both business and technical teams. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and experience with Fast Formulas is mandatory.

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll and a foundational understanding of Core HR and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative skills and business acumen to effectively integrate Oracle Cloud solutions into client environments and deliver impactful business outcomes.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Provide expert support and implementation services for Oracle Cloud Payroll (US Payroll)
• Leverage knowledge of Core HR and Compensation to support integrated HCM solutions
• Analyze client business requirements and recommend appropriate Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to configure and deploy Payroll functionality
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (mandatory requirement)
• Work with stakeholders to define, refine, and improve business processes
• Ensure system configuration aligns with best practices and compliance standards
• Support testing, training, and user adoption activities during implementation phases

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Basic understanding of Core HR and Compensation modules
• Hands‑on experience with Fast Formulas (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and consultative skills
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align technology with business goals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Oracle Cloud Certification is desirable
