Job Position : Administrative Assistant to Asset Manager

Salary : $27,400 to $35,000 depending on experience

Hours : Part-time (22.5 hours a week to start (3 days at 7.5 hours per day)

Position Overview :

Aragon, a renowned and forward-thinking property developer, is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Part-Time Property Management Assistant to support our Asset Manager. Based at our Vancouver headquarters, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and eager to contribute to the seamless operation of our diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of property management activities and provide high-level administrative support to ensure our real estate assets are managed with excellence and care.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :

  • Assist the Asset Manager with daily tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
  • Maintain organized records of property-related documents and files.
  • Prepare and distribute communications to tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings including taking minutes, preparing agendas and other correspondence.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate responses with the Asset Manager.
  • Assist in resolving tenant issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate property inspections and follow-up on maintenance requests.

Property Operations :

  • Help manage property maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors.
  • Assist with acquiring estimates, proposals and tenders for work being performed on-site at our commercial properties.
  • Assist with the collection and recording of rent payments.
  • Provide tenants with their rent schedules, PAD agreements and ledgers.

EV Parking, Storage and Parking

  • Correspond with inquiries related to ev parking, storage and parking.
  • Prepare lease ands sale agreements when necessary for interested parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory leased and available at our properties throughout Greater Vancouver Area.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative in the real estate industry or property management administrator experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Conditions :

  • Part-time position (approximately 22.5 hours per week).
  • Office-based role at our Vancouver headquarters.
