Job summary

JD Sports in Toronto is seeking an Afternoon/Evening Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. You will handle, box, sort and label product while maintaining accurate inventory to keep the schedule on track and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Weekend availability may be required to support store operations and shipments.

Qualifications

• Open and full-time availability is an asset.
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in fashion and/or streetwear is an asset.
• Reach Forklift certification is an asset.

• Receiving product manually by checking if the invoice and physical product sent matches and electronically through our inventory system.
• Picking and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
• Manually labeling and organizing product in the warehouse.
• Conducting cycle counts of inventory.
• Daily use of our inventory system.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries by hand, as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment.
