Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new insurance sales opportunities across personal and commercial lines.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.
  • Leverage company-provided leads to supplement your prospecting efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to drive business growth.

  • Valid RIBO license/OTL willing to switch to RIBO.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A strong desire to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
  • Exceptional phone skills.
