Responsibilities

  • Manage workday processes for employee requests and end to end employee life cycle

  • Assist the team in leading programs

  • Reporting and tracking in WD system including regular follow-up with employees and managers

  • Work actively with P&C Business Partners on projects, employee relations, documentation, etc.

  • Assisting with employee communication programs

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline

  • Experience with HRIS would be a strong asset

  • Demonstrates a strong aptitude and desire to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities

  • Ability to prioritize high volume of projects

  • Ability to manage and complete tasks from start to finish
