U-Haul is seeking an Owner's Representative to review and monitor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across locations. You will manage budgets, schedules, and compliance with specifications under the direction of a Business Consultant.

Under the direction of the appropriate U-Haul Holdings Business Consultant (ADVP), this role reviews and monitors all phases of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring conformance with company specifications. The position plans, coordinates, and executes construction, renovation, or maintenance projects at assigned locations and is responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable city, state, and federal ordinances, rules, laws, and regulations.

This role involves moderate risk and requires adherence to safety protocols, including working near moving machinery, fumes, or chemicals. Protective gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
Work may require extended periods indoors and outdoors, including standing, walking, and reaching. The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs (with or without assistance) is required.
