Job summary

Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. is seeking Class 1 Owner Operator – LCV TEAM, with teams based in Edmonton or Calgary. Drivers spend 5–7 days on the road, covering MB to AB, on a route that keeps you moving.

Average monthly miles reach 18,500–22,000 for team runs, with earning potential of 1.62 per mile plus bonuses for live loading, safety, and incentives. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 license and PDIC certificate.
• Truck must be 4 years or newer.
• Must have LCV Certificate; willing to train if 2 years long haul or 150,000 miles verified.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• LCV driving experience is an asset.
• Clear commercial abstract with an excellent safety record.
• Flexible to depart over the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) and nights.

For over 65 years, Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. has been providing over the road transportation solutions to customers throughout North America. We specialize in truck load highway transport & logistics management and pride ourselves on going the extra mile to solve our customer’s pressing challenges and deliver exceptional service.

We are hiring Class 1 Owner Operator – LCV TEAM. Our drivers are usually out for 5 – 7 days at a time, running from MB > AB.

Edmonton or Calgary based Owner Operator Teams

This is not a Mon-Fri position.

Average miles for this run are 18,500 to 22,000 miles per month for team drivers.

What We Offer: EARNING POTENTIAL LCV TEAM $1.62/mile

• All miles are paid $1.55/mile (loaded or empty)
• Safety Bonus Potential $0.07/mile
• $30 per hook and unhook event for LCV trailer sets
• Average fleet cap is $0.46-$0.48 per litre
• Paid for all Live Loading & Unloading
• Competitive Compensation package
