Steelhorse Freight is seeking professional drivers with a valid Class 1 license and deck experience to join a team focused on safety and reliability. Candidates should have border-crossing capability between Canada and the US and a history of professional conduct.

We value team players who work well in a respectful, rewarding atmosphere and who are ready to adhere to all policies and regulations. Cross-border operations are preferred, with emphasis on safe, courteous driving at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 license required.
• Minimum 1 year deck experience.
• Few than or equal to two violations on current abstract (30 days).
• Physically capable job duties.
• Passport and border crossing access required.
• Experience in Canadian/US cross-border operations preferred.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism and courtesy.

• A valid Class 1 license

• Possess a valid passport and have access to cross the US/CA Border
• Experience in Canadian/US cross border operations is preferred
• Ability to work and prosper in a team environment
• Also, the ability in operating effectively as a highly motivated, self-starter
• A willingness to adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations
• Conduct themselves in a safe, professional and courteous manner at all times
