Walmart Canada is seeking an Overnight Lead Department Manager to drive overnight stocking, merchandising and store presentation. You will lead the overnight team, coordinate priorities, and ensure safety and accuracy in deliveries while upholding Walmart’s standards.

In this fast-paced role you’ll train associates, monitor operations, and respond to incidents with a focus on teamwork, detail, and customer-focused execution. This is a hands-on leadership position starting at $20.85 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support Overnight Stocking Operations – Direct and coordinate overnight stocking activities based on priorities from management.
• Merchandising and Store Presentation – Assess merchandise presentation and store appearance; implement displays to maintain standards.
• Inventory and Claims Support – Ensure defective/damaged merchandise is identified and transferred to claims per procedures.
• Store Safety and Security Oversight – Manage store safety during overnight shift; handle incidents per guidelines.
• Facility and Security Inspections – Inspect areas to ensure facilities are secure and compliant with safety standards.
• Associate Training and Development – Train overnight associates to support productivity and goals.
