Responsibilities

• Assist in providing direction and coordinating overnight stocking activities based on priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the daytime management team.
• Assess overall merchandise presentation and store appearance, identify deficiencies, and execute merchandising and display changes as required to maintain store standards.
• Ensure defective or damaged merchandise is properly identified and transferred to the claims room in accordance with procedures.
• Assumes responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager. Manages accidents occurring during the overnight shift and ensures incidents are handled according to Company guidelines.
• Inspects assigned areas of the store to ensure physical facilities are secure and compliant with safety and security standards.
• Participates in the training and development of overnight associates to support productivity, performance, and achievement of stocking and operational goals.
