Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Completion of trauma-informed training and anti-oppressive practice.
• Experience with crisis counselling and housing support interventions.
• Ability to assess risk and develop safety plans.
• Knowledge of trauma and housing services for women and gender-diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis counselling and case management within a feminist framework.
• Develop and implement housing/tenancy support plans with clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning for residents.
• Deliver workshops and group supports; coach residents in conflict resolution.
