Our Quality Keepers focus on small details that leave a big impression. The Overnight Service Express Agent assists guests with check-ins and check-outs, answers phones, responds to inquiries, and manages In Room Dining services and orders.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Provide prompt and efficient check-in and check-out adhering to Westin standards
- Upsell rooms and promote hotel outlets
- Encourage enrollment in Marriott Bonvoy program
- Offer concierge services when unavailable
- Explain hotel services and packages
- Follow accounting principles: verify charges, process payments, and explain charges
- Handle express check-outs and delayed charges
- Monitor security and report unusual activities
- Assist with business center tasks: photocopying, faxing, printing, admin duties
- Manage phone communications efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to transfer calls and increase satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues and assign maintenance as needed
- Assign guest requests to appropriate departments
- Maintain knowledge of In Room Dining menu and procedures
- Perform shift audits and balance accounts
- Use Microsoft Office, Galaxy, Lightspeed
- Follow health and safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
- Stand for an 8-hour shift; perform occasional physical tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide a satisfactory criminal record check
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external guests
- Proficiency in computer systems and data retrieval
- Knowledge of Whistler area and local services
- At least two years’ experience in customer service
- Experience in a similar hospitality role
Pay rate: $23/hr
