Job summary

Walmart in Brampton is seeking an Overnight Remodel Associate to work with the Overnight Remodel Manager to set standards in newly renovated departments. You will complete modulars, secure high-ticket merchandise, maintain the clearance zone, unload and load fixtures onto trucks, and build counters according to prints while merchandising newly set departments.

The role requires standing in construction areas with steel-toed boots and a hard hat as needed; minimum pay starts at CAD 17.75 per

Responsibilities

Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.
Sets mods by printing mod sheets/labels, cleaning counters, installing ESL, installing DSM, and linking mods to DSM labels.
Stocks a variety of departments including General Merchandise, Fashion, Consumables, Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Fresh Departments.
Follows guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance.
Assists in shrink prevention by scanning all damaged and stolen merchandise in a timely manner.
Build new counters using kit sheets provided by the Warehouse Associates as per the print provided by the Lead Specialist.
Move counters using the appropriate equipment.
Merchandise endcaps, action alley, and side counters in accordance with accepted standards.
May occasionally work in construction areas, requiring steel toes and a hard hat.
Load and unload fixtures onto trucks.
