SE Health’s Elizz team is seeking Registered Practical Nurses to provide overnight in-home care for a single client in the London area. Join a compassionate, community-focused organization with strong support and resources.

RPNs will work 9:00pm–9:00am, delivering person-centered care, using technology for notes, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• RPNs must provide compassionate in-home care.
• Strong communication with clients and family members.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home Registered Practical Nurse care for one client overnight.
• Collaborate with the client’s care team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes to supervisor.

Qualifications accepted to work as an RPN:

• Current member of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN/RN accreditation

Requirements:

• Must be available to work Overnight shifts 9:00pm to 9:00am
• Current First Aid (Standard) / CPR Certificate (Level C)
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Current immunization record including (TB test completed within the past 12 months) is required upon hire
• Current vulnerable sector check screening is required upon hire
• Availability to work days ORevenings; includingweekends
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills to manage your schedule
• Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills, to effectively communicate with clients and to provide companionship to those who need it
• Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Basic computer/smartphone skills would be an asset.

• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
