SE Health in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking Registered Nurses to join a supportive team with flexible schedules and paid training. You will assess clients, develop and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

We offer competitive pay, mileage between clients, and additional benefits. A current Ontario nursing certificate, CPR, immunization records, and background checks are required; SE Health supports ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Availability to work days, evenings, nights and every other weekend.
• Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire.
• A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications.
• A current CPR certificate is required.

Responsabilités

• Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence/practices and on client’s unique needs.
• When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and the support functions.
• Support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting the client with community support services in their local community.

• This is a physically demanding position and requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching chest and waist level (i.e. shoulder flexion), and numerous hand grips of varying forces.
