As a Housekeeping Overnight Public Spaces Supervisor, your attention to detail will show the Housekeeping team that you are committed to providing luxury Guest experiences. The energy and enthusiasm you display will create a “fun” place to work.

Starting Rate: $25.38 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $30.17.

Job Duties Include

  • Lead and supervise the overnight housekeeping team from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring cleanliness of public spaces, spa, and restaurants
  • Perform and oversee detailed cleaning tasks including floor care, dusting, polishing, and washroom sanitation
  • Clean and prepare Food & Beverage outlets and delis for the following day’s operations
  • Support, coach, and monitor performance of colleagues, ensuring daily priorities are communicated
  • Address guest concerns promptly, report maintenance issues, and follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
  • Using floor cleaning machines / Shop vac and Buffers etc
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping
  • Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Micros-Fidelio)
  • Proven ability to train and coach staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to work efficiently and independently
