Overview

Brandt is currently seeking a Product Support Representative located in Regina or Moncton. This position will support our Agriculture, Construction & Forestry, and Transportation divisions.

This position is responsible for placing customer orders throughout our network of locations spanning from coast to coast. Brandt has a rigorous and comprehensive training program to educate on products, terminology, and techniques necessary to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have the ability to quickly adapt to multiple web applications and technical programs and resources. Fluency in both French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
• Assist customers by navigating multiple parts lookup programs
• Provide assistance for other Brandt field staff members
• Deal with multiple vendors to provide customers with various options
• Engage in continuous training to maintain the highest level of service
• Assist other departments to achieve a harmonious working environment
