Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Delta, BC is seeking an Overnight Merchandiser to join the Overnight Task Team. You will help reduce non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters and ensure merchandise is replenished and presented to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Apparel, Footwear, Gifts; price changes, planogram support, signage, merchandising updates, and mandatory overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising preferred.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.
• Available to work overnight shifts.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's products is a plus.
• Experience in outdoor lifestyle or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all departments (Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine, Apparel, Footwear, Gifts).
• Supports inventory management with on-demand counts and display integrity checks.
• Performs price changes, tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Performs recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging merch.
• Supports visual merchandising: fixture updates, end caps, and planogram execution.
• Assists with omni fulfillment during peak business periods.
