Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support nightly operations at our Calgary area store. You will assist in replenishment across all departments, help maintain planograms and displays, and ensure a high level of customer service during overnight hours.

The role focuses on reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters so they can engage customers and close sales, with opportunities for growth within the store’s operations and merchandising teams.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in sales or service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising preferred.
• Able to identify and replenish out of stock inventory.
• Available to work overnight shifts.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s products is a plus.
• Accommodations available upon request during assessment and selection.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Apparel, Footwear, Gifts.
• Assist inventory counts and display integrity with Inventory Control.
• Execute price changes including tagging and signage.
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, re-hanging.
• Support visual merchandising and planogram maintenance.
• Assist omni-channel fulfillment during peak periods.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive shopping experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
