Our stores operate 24 hours a day, including during the night when our dedicated night crew works to ensure stores are ready for the next day. Night crew staff handle product deliveries, sort and stock shelves, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities:

• Train and motivate staff
• Delegate and prioritize workload for staff
• Merchandise advertising and promotional programs effectively
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Receive, handle, and store products to achieve optimal results
• Ensure proper product rotation and pricing integrity
• Provide courteous, friendly service and maintain store hygiene standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Understanding of the discount food store concept focusing on low prices
• Knowledge of merchandising, invoice checking, and cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills
