Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Ladysmith, BC is hiring an Overnight General Clerk to support grocery and deli departments. Open availability is preferred and you will help ensure stock, freshness, and a positive customer experience.

The role involves operating a cash register, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while supporting team members during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle customers with a positive attitude.
• Experience using a cash register is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members.

We are hiring for an Overnight General Clerk to work in various departments at our location in Ladysmith, BC. Departments include grocery and deli. Open availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

Requirements

• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

IND1 Compensation Details: $18.25 - $21.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
