What You Will Be Doing

• Ensuring store readiness, organizing aisles and overheads, and inventory management
• Managing minor resets and cross-merchandising as necessary, ensuring planogram adherence
• Partnering with the Operations Assistant Manager to develop and deliver a prioritized plan of duties for associates
• Unloading and inspecting merchandise for quantity and quality; packing down as needed
• Ensuring the receipt of all products into the store and proper entry into the store system
• Maintaining department staffing levels to meet business needs
• Managing associate performance through development, communication, rewards, and recognition, with ongoing feedback
• Ensuring all Safety and Asset Protection standards and protocols are clearly communicated and followed
