CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (MOTIVATOR)

Who is a Customer Service Representative (Motivator)?

The Motivator role is essential to the success of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs. A Motivator is typically the first Associate a Member or Potential Member interacts with upon arrival at the Club. The role involves creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment to help Members achieve their fitness goals. It requires being a front desk expert and is pivotal in assisting and supporting Members and Potential Members to ensure their experience is positive and engaging.

What will you be doing?
  1. Greet Members and Potential Members warmly and professionally.
  2. Check in Members as they arrive for their workouts.
  3. Assist Potential Members with appointments or walk-ins, directing them appropriately.
  4. Handle incoming calls efficiently, answer within three rings, and manage messages or bookings.
  5. Assist Members on the floor with questions about FitFix and Cardio machines.
  6. Possess in-depth knowledge of Memberships, Club services, and amenities to promote and sell these products.
  7. Use comprehensive system knowledge to answer questions, resolve issues, update Member information, and sell memberships, services, and products.
  8. Address comments, suggestions, and concerns courteously and professionally.
  9. Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
  10. Maintain cleanliness standards through club runs and cleaning tasks.
  11. Perform any other tasks to ensure an exceptional Member experience.
  12. Attend all required training and monthly meetings.
