Job Summary

The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. You will also close that day’s shift and create an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign‑ups, and leading tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner, elevating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close shift for that business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service skills, able to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding expectations.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
