Job summary

Planet Fitness in North Vancouver, BC is seeking energetic Overnight Cleaners to join our health‑mFocused team. You will clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and gym areas, following safety and sanitization guidelines.

A CPR/AED certification and reliable, courteous service are valued. Responsibilities include communicating with members and staff, performing routine cleaning tasks, and helping create a welcoming, judgment‑free environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented and able to resolve member concerns.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Initiative and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, locker area, showers, and gym floors.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, wiping, and trash disposal.
• Follow safety, sanitization, and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate with members and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Certify in CPR/AED; perform CPR if needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Cleaning & maintaining restrooms, locker area, showers, Black Card Spa amenities, entry way, club floor, exercise equipment.
• Cleaning includes, but is not limited to, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, wiping, disposing of trash, and handling chemicals
• Comply with all safety, sanitization, and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate with our members and TMs in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Follow verbal and written communication. This includes communication from members, TMs, and supervisors.
• Certify in both CPR and AED training.
• Perform CPR and use the AED machine.
• Other duties assigned

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Talk and hear.
• Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel.
• Repetitively reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, and twist.
• The TM must frequently lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
