Job summary

Tim Hortons | Stettler is looking for a friendly Baker to join our team. You will prepare bakery items and assist with guest service in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring quality and consistency.

You’ll work collaboratively with teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining clean, safe food handling practices. Experience in a commercial baking setting or education equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years experience in a commercial baking environment or education equivalent.
• Proven ability in production management including inventory control, waste minimization, and food safety protocols.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in Quick Service is an asset.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare bakery items for guests in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment.
• Support guest service and ensure a positive guest experience.
