Valiant Behavioural Health is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support for individuals in addiction recovery. Our mission is to create a safe and structured environment where clients can heal, grow, and rebuild their lives.

We are seeking a responsible and empathetic Awake Overnight Staff member to provide supervision, support, and crisis intervention for our clients during overnight hours. This role is crucial in maintaining a stable and secure atmosphere while ensuring client safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stay awake and alert throughout the shift to monitor client activity and ensure a safe environment.
• Conduct regular room checks and wellness assessments.
• Respond to client needs and provide emotional support when needed.
• Handle crisis situations with professionalism and calmness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.
• Collaborate with day staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow all center policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and client care.
• Assist with or experience in marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Higher education in social work, psychology, or related field preferred).
• Experience in addiction recovery, mental health, or residential care is an asset.
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to remain awake, alert, and responsive throughout the shift.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Non Violent
