Job summary

Walmar in Hawkesbury, ON is hiring an Associate to support store operations, unloading trailers, stocking shelves, labeling merchandise, and assisting customers on the sales floor.

You will prepare the sales floor for opening, set and sign features, pull pallets for overnight processing, and contribute to a safe, clean environment in line with company policies.

Starting pay is 17.75 CAD per hour; minimum age 16 or older; workplace at 1550 Cameron St, Hawkesbury.

Job description

Position Summary...To provide customer service by completing assigned tasks relating to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the sales floor. This will be accomplished by unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor and assisting in the processing of merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.What you'll do...1. Preparing the sales floor for store opening2. The main differentiator between this role and day/evening fulfillment is there is a stronger emphasis on labelling and placing merchandise in the backroom bins/stocking5. Label the sales floor for store opening8.
