Job summary

Walmart in Bowmanville, Ontario is seeking a store associate to support unloading and stocking operations and to help prepare the sales floor for daily openings. You will label fixtures, place merchandise in backroom bins, and assist customers as needed.

The role emphasizes accurate labeling, safe operating practices, and teamwork to ensure a clean, organized sales floor and efficient overnight processing of shipments. This is a full‑time, on‑site position at 2320 HWY 2.

• Pulling pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assisting in stocking the sales floor as assigned and providing customer service if necessary.
• Label the sales floor for store opening.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

Position Summary...To provide customer service by completing assigned tasks relating to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the sales floor. This will be accomplished by unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor and assisting in the processing of merchandise all in a safe and clean environment.
