Overhead Door Company of Regina (1973) Ltd. is seeking a skilled overhead door installer to join our construction team in Regina.

You will install, repair, and maintain overhead doors in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, reading blueprints and using hand tools to ensure precise alignment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience (2–3 years is an asset), with a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or carpentry with familiarity in overhead door installation preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
• Knowledge of schematics related to door mechanisms and electrical components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install overhead doors, including tracks, springs, cables, and openers, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and alignment
• Use hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and levels to complete installations
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing overhead doors and related hardware
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety protocols
• Travel & Availability: Willingness for out-of-town travel for installation and service work. On call rotation schedule.
