Walmart Canada in Dartmouth, NS is hiring an Over-the-Counter Associate to assist customers and maintain the OTC department. You will zone your area, rotate stock, and follow pricing and labeling procedures while upholding privacy and customer service standards.

Reporting to the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, you will help maximize department sales, keep the area clean, and ensure accuracy in pricing and sign-offs. Minimum age 16+; wage starts at CAD 16.90 per hour.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
• Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Zone the department.
• Follow proper procedures for: Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Keep the area clean and free of fixtures, debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Maintain zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).
• Calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.

Position Summary...A Over-the-Counter Associate assists customers, properly zones his/her assigned area, performs tasks delegated by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager and maintains modular and feature presentation, while maintaining exemplary customer service by adhering to the Basic Beliefs and values of Wal-Mart.What you'll do...1.
