Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Over-the-Counter Associate in Pickering, ON to support customers and maintain the OTC area. You will follow privacy practices, protect confidential information, and assist the Pharmacy Manager to maximize sales and ensure proper pricing.

The role includes rotating stock, zoning the department, and adhering to procedures for ordering, markdowns, labeling, and price accuracy. On-site, Canada location with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining patient confidentiality and follow all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
• Maximizing department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Rotating stock and checking for expired products.
• Zoning the department.
• Following proper procedures for: Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Keeping the area NC0 and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Maintaining zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).
• Calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.
