What you will do:
- Deliver bottom line wealth sales growth, generate sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prospect new leads and strengthen relationships with advisors through phone, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track calls, log appointments, manage sales workflow, upload contacts, and monitor progress.
- Achieve prescribed conversion rates and sales targets through lead generation.
- Grow the region by optimizing advisor relationships, providing follow-up, and marketing support.
- Partner with advisors to understand their book of business, including goals, targets, and needs.
- Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities; educate advisors on wealth segregated funds solutions.
- Represent the wealth business as an expert in industry, product, regulatory matters, and private wealth solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support with strategies, concepts, and marketing ideas.
- Contribute to innovative approaches in doing business with advisors and clients.
What You Will Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in financial services/investment industry (preferred).
- Industry-specific designations such as CSC/IFIC required.
- MBA, FPC, or CIM is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, self-starter, career-focused, dynamic, involved.
- Excellent social skills; thrives in team environments.
- Effective communicator capable of presenting and training audiences.
- Good telephone and in-person etiquette; able to manage high call volumes.
- Negotiation skills; perseverance in setbacks.
- Proficiency in investment products, tools, sales concepts, and marketplace awareness.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Business degree or diploma).
The base salary ranges from $84,900 to $141,400 annually, excluding variable compensation such as bonuses and commissions. Details of total rewards will be discussed if selected to proceed.
