Position Overview

The Outside Sales Representative, Refrigeration will represent the company to assigned customers within their territory. They will collaborate with team members to meet customer requirements, aiming to increase sales and profits. Responsibilities include developing and leveraging the Master value proposition, understanding customer challenges, onboarding new accounts through outbound prospecting, and providing product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product solutions for inquiries;
• Evaluate plans and specifications;
• Cross-reference parts or equipment to meet customer needs;
• Assist with projects, working with contractors and engineers;
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on project plans;
• Create technical drawings and data sheets for approval;
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to process orders and follow up;
• Manage projects and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally;

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Refrigeration or related discipline;
• 3-5 years of wholesale refrigeration experience;
• Knowledge of brands like Copeland, Tecumseh, Refplus, and others;
• Experience in refrigeration & hydronics;
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software;
• Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and in teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, plus commissions and bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, retirement contributions, wellness accounts, telemedicine, professional memberships, flexible remote work, and more.
