Do you fit the part?

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and visit existing and potential customers to review product needs and identify opportunities
  • Manage and grow current customers in the territory
  • Deliver excellent customer service, meeting customer needs
  • Collaborate with store, regional, and organizational staff to find solutions for customers
  • Build customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Leverage the network to assist in sales cycle development
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and store personnel

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Bodyshop/Automotive industry is an asset
  • Understanding of the PPG paint system and related products is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills, both on the phone and in person
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repair
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and adherence to Lordco Occupational Health and Safety policies
