    Summit Search Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role plays a critical part in developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving overall sales growth. The Outside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the Division Manager and internal teams to manage projects, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular on-site visits, phone calls, and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging prospective clients across the Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario region.
    • Prepare and deliver quotations, presentations, and technical documentation tailored to customer needs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Track and manage project opportunities through platforms such as the Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) and Rep Edge, including monitoring bid specs and project timelines.
    • Coordinate with the Division Manager and internal sales support staff to prepare final project quotes and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Attend internal meetings, supplier training (with occasional travel), and represent the company at customer events such as open houses and industry functions.

    Qualifications:

    • Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
